• Hardening NovaGovAI — the AI operating system for Philippine LGUs, built and demonstrated on modeled data, and preparing it for the first pilots.
• Preparing first LGU pilots — getting the platform to the point where a real planning office can use it on real work.
• Building the Nova Citizen side — the citizen-facing surface that feeds the same system officials work in.
• Standing up Nova Solutions — done-for-you AI for private-sector and local-service businesses, under Zentarai Labs.
